Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time 2nd shift at our Davison location. You will support individuals to achieve independence, assist with daily living activities, and help them engage with the community. This role requires empathy, reliability, and teamwork.

You’ll monitor safety around the clock, participate in care planning, and document outcomes for the care team. A valid MI driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; lifting 50 lbs is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and provide 24/7 support.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support health management and community participation.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information to care team.
