Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time 1st shift in Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, support community outings, and help individuals build independence in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
