Job summary

Arbor Associates in Northampton, MA is seeking several compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Youth Services team. In this role, you will provide direct care and supervision to youth ages 6–18 in residential and community settings, helping with daily activities and skill development.

You will maintain a safe, structured environment, follow behavioral support plans and safety protocols, and collaborate with families, supervisors, and teammates.

Qualifications

In this role, you’ll provide support and supervision to youth ages 6–18 in a residential and/or community-based setting. Candidates must be comfortable working with children and adolescents of all ages, backgrounds, and genders, and be flexible in meeting the evolving needs of the program. • Wednesday–Friday & Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Wed–Fri) / 9:00 AM – 9:15 PM (Sat)
• Sunday–Tuesday & Saturday | 10:30 PM – 8:30 AM
