Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to adults and youth with developmental and behavioral needs
• Assist individuals with ADLs, including hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support adults requiring total care
• Implement behavioral support strategies while maintaining a safe, positive environment
• Encourage independence and community participation whenever appropriate
• Complete documentation accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Follow all safety, health, and program policies and procedures

What You'll Do
