Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow program policies, safety protocols, and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth ages 6–18
• Assist with daily activities, skill development, and recreational programming
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
• Follow program policies, behavioral support plans, and safety protocols
• Transport youth as needed using agency or personal vehicles
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families as appropriate
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
