Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide to provide hands-on support in day programs and residential settings. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to improve independence.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:00pm. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $18.65 per hour. Experience with individuals with disabilities and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued; Therap case management software proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Six months experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide person-centered support respectfully and inclusively.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide, you’ll provide hands‑on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both day programs and residential settings. Working closely with a team, you will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their independence.

Location: El Cajon

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30a-3p

Pay: The pay for this position is $18.00 to $18.65

A typical day will include:

• Assisting individuals with personal care, meals, and mobility support.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide person‑centered support in a respectful and inclusive way.

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred).
