Skill Creations, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Goldsboro facilities. You will provide care, support daily living activities, and help with transportation to community activities and appointments.

The role includes full-time or part-time positions, with shifts such as 2pm-10pm for full-time. Pay starts at $17.60 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform lifting/bending activities.
• CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management training may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and care for individuals with ID/DD in Skill Creations facilities.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills.
• Transport and accompany individuals to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation and participate in trainings.
