Local 459 in Flint, MI is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the new center. The DSP will help individuals build independence and participate in the community, assisting with daily living tasks and health management.

This 2nd shift, full-time role (32 hours) offers meaningful work and opportunities to grow within Hope Network. You’ll work on-site, support with transportation, social activities, and collaborate with a care team to create a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays (Full-Time/Part-Time).
• Basic computer skills.”
