Job summary

Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, Bay Haven, full-time 1st/2nd shift (36 hours), St. Ignace, MI.

You will help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community, providing compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development. You’ll work on daily living, community outings, and building trust; maintain a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
