Job summary

Hope Network in Bay City, MI, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time 2nd & 3rd shifts at Bay House. You will support individuals to build independence, participate in community activities, and follow care plans with accurate documentation.

You’ll monitor safety, assist with daily living activities, attend medical appointments, and collaborate with a care team to promote positive outcomes. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and support in mobility.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Shift reliability for Full-Time / Part-Time, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 and perform checks as needed.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
