Job summary

RHDD Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings in The Plains, OH. This role involves teaching tasks, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring safety and well‑being.

You will help with tasks such as meal prep, budgeting, transportation, hygiene, and medication administration while documenting activities and reporting health concerns to supervisors. 24‑hour shifts available with 2 openings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License (with less than six points).
• Reliable transportation with current proof of state minimum auto insurance, most positions require use of personal automobile during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and out in the community.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities including housekeeping, meals, menu prep, shopping, and day‑to‑day finances.
