Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in New Jersey to assist clients with daily living activities, implement ISPs, provide companionship, and monitor health. You will help clients stay independent and engaged in their communities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid training to be completed. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor client health per guidelines.
• Support clients with transportation to appointments and community outings.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.
