Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will assist clients with daily activities, implement Individualized Service Plans, and provide emotional support.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) aligning with clients’ goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
