Job summary

ICM, Inc. in Russellville, AR is seeking caregivers to provide quality in-home support, including daily living activities and medication assistance. You will work closely with clients to enhance independence and safety.

• Monitor customer safety and observe condition and equipment; respond to changing needs
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Perform other duties as assigned and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.


• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion


• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community


• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform


• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials


• Perform other duties as assigned
