Royal Community Support is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Red Bank, NJ. This role focuses on one-on-one support, community outings, and promoting independence while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!

PT Schedule: OPEN HOURS 10-14 NHRS WKLY

RED BANK , NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to an independent individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seeking a DSP to take him to the store, do laundry, shop, budget, and just explore the community.

• Support participation in small outings and community-based activities.

• Create and maintain a positive, person-centered approach to care.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

• Ability to work legally in the United States.
