Royal Community Support is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Red Bank, NJ. The role involves one-on-one support for an individual with IDD, including accompanying to stores, budgeting, and community exploration.

We offer flexible hours with open morning slots and a benefits-backed schedule. The DSP will work to promote independence, safety, and active community participation, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

PT Schedule: OPEN HOURS 10-14 NHRS WKLY

RED BANK , NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to an independent individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seeking a DSP to take him to the store, do laundry, shop, budget, and just explore the community.
• Support participation in small outings and community-based activities.
