Royal Community Support is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Camden County, NJ. The role offers flexible, approx.

9–10 hours per week (Wed–Fri, 11:00am–2:00pm) with a pay rate of $24.00–$30.00 per hour. Training is provided (unpaid) for crisis scenarios; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with employer match after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team!

This opportunity is perfect for compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic individual looking to make a difference by helping an individual to achieve their potential and integrate him/her into the community with dignity.

Location: Camden County (Haddon Township/Cherry Hill) - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00am-2:00pm (Camden County), NJ

Flexible hours approx. 9-10 hrs. weekly

Rate of Pay: $24.00 -$30 per hr.
Please note: Some individuals may have behaviors therefore we provide Crisis Training to prepare you for this job, however it is UNPAID.
