Job summary

Royal Community Support in Allentown, NJ seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. You will provide one-on-one support, assist with daily activities, and facilitate community engagement with safe, person-centered care.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules, a pay rate of $25 per hour, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Able to work legally in the United States.
• Comfortable with community-based support and local outings.

Position Overview

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an individual in Ocean Township, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with community-based support, small outings, and activities that promote independence and integration within the community.

We have part-time & full time roles offering the following schedules available:

• 1. 3:30pm -5:30 PM TUES/WED: 3P-5P
• 2. 9A-3P FRIDAY zip code 07727 (Full time w/ benefits)
• 3. 10:00 am-1:00 pm Mon,Wed, Fri ( Saturday flexible, not mandatory) must like swimming with this energetic person in her 20' s.zip code 07764- WEST LONG BRANCH
• 4. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility)
• 5. Friday (11A-4P) & 3pm -7pm & One other day during the week
• 6. Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am- 3:30pm - transporting a college student to college and remain on campus to bring him home.
