Job summary

Royal Community Support is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Monmouth County and nearby ZIPs. Roles involve one-on-one care, advocacy for independence, and community integration.

The DSP position offers flexible hours (FT/PT options) across several shifts, with training provided. A pay rate of $24 per hour applies, and benefits may be available based on schedule.”

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
