Job summary

Royal Community Support is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Freehold, New Jersey. This part-time role supports an individual with developmental disabilities in the community, providing companionship, daily assistance, and goal-oriented care.

The position offers 4 hours per week (9 AM–1 PM), with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include safety, independence promotion, and” person-centered engagement in local outings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Position Overview

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an individual in Freehold, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with community-based support, small outings, and activities that promote independence and integration within the community.

SCHEDULE

4 hrs per week 9A-1PM

• Provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
