Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to join the team in Paragould, AR. The role supports individuals in community-based services under the DDS program, with afternoon shifts from 3:00pm to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The DSP will work under the Direct Care Supervisor and Waiver Services Director to promote independence, safety, and person-centered care in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-7:30pm.
