Job summary

Myers Davis in Siloam Springs, Arkansas is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to support individuals through community-based services related to the Waiver program. This Full Time position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The ideal candidate must exhibit patience and understanding, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while helping individuals acquire essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm.
