Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Marked Tree, AR, to participate in a team-based approach within the DDS Waiver program.

This full-time role covers Monday–Friday 3:30pm–9:30pm and Sat-Sun 3:30pm–8:30pm, supporting individuals with independence, daily living skills, and community activities. The DSP will provide compassionate, person-centered care, assist with mobility, hygiene, meal prep, and communication, while promoting safety and inclusion for

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid state license or ID
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-9:30pm and Saturday & Sunday, 3:30pm-8:30pm.
