Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team under the DDS Waiver program in Arkansas. You will work in a community-based setting, providing person-centered care and assisting with daily living activities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The position is part-time with a four-hour evening schedule Monday through Friday, emphasizing compassionate care, independence building, and safety. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Job description

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-8:00pm.
