Job summary

Myers-Davis in Ward, Arkansas seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join a team delivering community-based services under the Arkansas DDS program. The role reports to the Direct Care Supervisor and Waiver Services Director and offers a full-time schedule from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities include helping consumers develop independence, supporting social interactions, and assisting with daily activities, safety, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: 3:00pm-9:00pm, Monday-Sunday.
