Job summary

Myers-Davis in Marion, AR is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to join a team providing community-based services under the DDS program. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered support and helping individuals build daily living skills.

The role emphasizes safety, independence, community outings, and assisting with communication and hygiene tasks while promoting dignity and respect for those we support.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm or Saturday & Sunday, 7:00pm-7:00am.
