Ultipro is seeking compassionate caregivers in Little Rock, Arkansas to assist clients with daily living activities and support independence. You will help with bathing, meals, medications as needed, and coordinate transport for appointments.

Responsibilities include documenting daily updates, monitoring safety, and communicating effectively with clients and family. A high school diploma and HIPAA awareness are required, with a focus on respectful, patient-centered care.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
