Job summary

Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and instruction to individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state and agency guidelines. You will help create a safe, healthy environment and support daily activities.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a current valid driver\'s license.
• Background checks will be conducted in accordance with local laws/regulations.

Scope

Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams that are responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. Direct Support Professional staff will contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.
