Job summary

Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional Substitute (DSP) to assist individuals in community residential homes, following state, federal and Agency guidelines.

No experience required; training will be provided. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks. Pay is $19.02 per hour; sign-on bonus up to $2700 in the first two years.

Direct Support Professional Substitute (DSP)

Scope: Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams that are responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. Direct Support Professional staff will contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.
