Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional Substitute to join our team in Warren to provide direct care and instruction in community residential homes.

The role offers $19.02 per hour with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $2700 in the first two years. Must be 18+, HS or GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and willingness to undergo background checks.

Direct Support Professional Substitute (DSP)

Scope

Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams that are responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. Direct Support Professional staff will contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.

• Must have reliable transportation

No experience necessary we will train interested and eligible candidates
