Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team of caring staff providing direct care and instruction to individuals in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines.

This part-time position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver\'s license, and willingness to undergo background checks. The role offers $19.02 per hour with a sign on bonus up to $2,700 in the first two years and is benefit eligible.

Scope: Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams that are responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. Direct Support Professional staff will contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.
