Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide quality care and daily living assistance to clients in Jonesboro, AR. You will help with bathing, meals, medication, and daily activities, while maintaining communication through an online daily update platform.

Shifts vary and may include evenings or weekends. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid AR driver's license and auto insurance. Prior health/social care exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or community service agency OR 2 years of verifiable history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
