Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Excelsior Springs, MO is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Starting pay is $17 an hour, with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Da ily living assistance, companionship, and support with appointments and community activities are key aspects of the role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year related DSP experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid training prior to your first shift.
• Availability for at least one weekend per month.

As a DSP, you will play an important role in helping clients reach their goals, build new skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences while providing compassionate support with daily living activities. Starting pay is $17 an hour.

Your Day Might Include:
