Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Oak Grove, MO is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. You will help clients reach goals, build skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences with compassionate daily living support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related DSP experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid training prior to first shift.
• Level 1 Med Aide Certification preferred.
• Availability for at least one weekend per month.
