Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Sugar Creek, MO is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and help clients reach meaningful goals.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly direct deposit, flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing education.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year related DSP experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid training prior to first shift.
• Level 1 Med Aide Certification preferred.
• Availability for at least one weekend per month.

As a DSP, you will play an important role in helping clients reach their goals, build new skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences while providing compassionate support with daily living activities. Starting pay is $17 an hour.
