Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Crocker, MO. The role involves helping clients reach goals, build skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences through compassionate support with daily living activities.

Your day may include assisting with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and accompanying clients to appointments or community activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year related Direct Support Professionals experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid training prior to first shift.
• Availability for at least one weekend per month.

What You’ll Need:
