The Supported Living Group is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals in Connecticut to help individuals live independently. We offer full-time or part-time positions across multiple program locations.

You will assist with daily tasks, drive to appointments, support personal care, and help develop budgeting and shopping skills to empower residents. A rewarding role with opportunities for growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household chores and daily living tasks.
• Drive to appointments and accompany participants as needed.
• Support with personal hygiene and daily routines to promote independence.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting and grocery shopping.
• Contribute to developing routines that foster self-sufficiency.

Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.

Female Participant

Sunday and Saturday - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Monday- Friday- 7am-5pm, 11pm, 7am

Male Participant

Sunday 4pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Saturday 9am-5pm
