Ability Beyond Barriers is hiring a 2nd shift Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Loris, SC. You'll provide daily living support, monitor safety, and help residents pursue independence and community inclusion.

This full-time role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, weekend and overnight hours, and paid training. You will complete required documentation and support individuals’ goals and quality of life while working with a caring,

NOW HIRING: 2nd SHIFT DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.

$500 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 45 days of employment
• $250 after 90 days of employment

What You'll Do:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Promote independence and community inclusion
• Monitor safety and provide overnight support
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Support individual goals and quality of life

Schedule

WEEK 1

• Monday: 1 pm - 10 pm
• Tuesday: 1 pm - 8 pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Saturday: 2 pm - 10 pm

WEEK 2

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Tuesday: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Thursday: 1 pm - 8 pm
• Friday: OFF
