Job summary

Ability Beyond Barriers in Conway, SC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Magnolia/Maple CTHII. This full-time role (~30 hours/week) offers $15.62 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and a predictable bi-weekly schedule.

Successful candidates will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain or spinal injuries, helping them live independently and participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications

Work Schedule

Week 1

• Sunday - 8 am to 8 pm
• Monday - OFF
• Tuesday - OFF
• Thursday - OFF
• Friday - 5 pm to 11 pm
• Saturday - 8 am to 8 pm

Week 2

• Sunday - 8 am to 8 pm
• Monday - OFF
• Tuesday - Off
• Thursday - 5 pm to 11 pm
• Friday - OFF
