Job summary

Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Little River, SC to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living, participate in community activities, and help individuals live as independently as possible.

Starting pay is $15.62 per hour with an extra $0.50 per hour for overnight hours, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) options, and stable full-time schedules with meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
