Job summary

Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Conway, SC to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll help residents live independently, participate in community activities, and learn daily living skills in a home setting.

We offer full-time hours (about 40 per week), a starting pay of $15.62/hour with a $1.00 location differential and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus benefits and opportunities to grow with the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals live as independently as possible.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

CRCF (men's) #1/2nd shift – Conway, SC

Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
$15.62 Per Hour + $1.00 more Per Hour/location differential + $500 Sign-On Bonus

Work Schedule

Week 1

• Sunday – 8 am to 8 pm
• Monday – OFF
• Tuesday – OFF
• Wednesday – 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
• Thursday – 2 pm to 12 midnight
• Friday – 2 pm to 12 midnight
• Saturday – OFF

Week 2

• Sunday – OFF
• Monday – 2 pm to 10 pm
• Tuesday – 2 pm to 12 midnight
• Wednesday – 2 pm to 12 midnight
• Thursday – OFF
• Friday – OFF
• Saturday – 8 am to 8 pm
