Venture Community Services Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to stay active in daily life.

You will assist with household tasks, meals, and community activities, and follow Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines. The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8a-2p) with a pay rate of $17.50-$19.00 per hour and paid training, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time
