Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities in South Easton, MA. This part-time role covers Saturday shifts from 9am to 4pm with paid training and a clear pathway for growth.

Highlights include a competitive pay rate of $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff or $500 for part-time, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment focused on independence and community inclusion.

• 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing and personal care.
• Accompany to medical appointments, banking and community activities when needed.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and training programs.
