Job summary

Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Massachusetts. The DSP will empower adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting daily living, community engagement, and personal care.

The position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a schedule including weekday evenings and one weekend shift. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
