Job summary
Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help clients achieve independence and community integration. You will assist with daily living activities, ISPs, health monitoring, and transportation.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18+ required.
- Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid trainings to be completed through approved providers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility).
- Implement ISP plans aligned with client goals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, encourage social inclusion.
- Administer medications and monitor health per guidelines.
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavior support plans.
