Our House, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes. You will help with daily living skills, community inclusion, and health monitoring to support independence and wellbeing.

This role offers pay at $20.00/hour with a differential to $21.00/hour in designated behavioral/medical homes. Paid training, competitive benefits, and options for full-time or weekend shifts provide a solid path for

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use computers to document shift reports in EHR.
• Two-week in-office paid training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines and independence.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs.
• Document medications accurately.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Ensure safety, dignity and well-being at all times.
