Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work one-on-one, following each person's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer $18–$24 per hour with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts across New Jersey. This DDD-focused agency provides consistent cases, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal prep, transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation per ISP.
• Document services and communicate with care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals supported.
