Help at Home is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Georgia with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts and competitive pay. Earn $14.00–$17.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and opportunities for professional development.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will support individuals with daily activities, document progress, and work with local staff to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver caring, confidential, and respectful support.
• Assist individuals with daily activities toward independence ( meals, errands, transportation, social engagement).
• Accurately document progress and maintain logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local staff to ensure quality care.
