Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide safe, respectful care and support daily living activities for clients in Grovetown, GA. Training is provided and you will help with goals, meal prep, transportation, and social engagement.

Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts available. Qualifcations include being at least 18, a high school diploma or GED (or literacy test), valid driver’s license with clean record, reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance, and

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test option.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support daily living and independent living goals.
• Document progress toward goals and maintain logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
