Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support daily living and independence, such as meals, cleaning, and transportation.
• Accurately document progress and maintain logs during each shift.
